Recruitment Process

Mat Bao always need talent, the key factors determining the success of any organization. Perhaps, if you are a candidate who wants to work with us, you will think: I have graduated with distinction, or an MBA, or ... However, for Mat Bao, talent is simply the professional ethics and be able to complete the good work in their respective fields.

Round 1: Select Profile
Profile option to consider the suitability of the job application against the requirements of the position to be recruited. All candidates selected records will be notified via email or call directly.

Note: Document required to complete at least the following documents:
   + Application (stating the applied position)
   + 4x6 enclosed.
   + Relevant degree or certificate.
Send resumes via email, candidates only bring records in hard copy to the interview directly.

Round 2: Interview
This is the official meeting between the candidate and the company. Through this interview, the company has more information to assess whether the candidate really fit with the requirements of the job openings or not.
Some companies often consider issues such as: communication skills, ability to work, the ability to organize work and planning, the ability to think and solve problems, check some in profile: The process of learning, experience, skills ...In this interview, the candidates can also ask the company issues. In some cases, the company will be meeting with the candidate more than once. Applicants selected will be notified within 7 days from the date of interview.
Contract Deals:
The candidates are selected through an interview will be scheduled a meeting to agree on contract labor and related issues, including: types of contracts, employment, wages, working time. All the subsequent implementation of the labor contract and the guidance of the officer in charge of direct and HR staff.
Completed after matriculation records:
After receiving the winning notification, candidates need to prepare the following documents and send to HR staff to complete the procedures for new employees:
   + Resume the original
   + Birth certificate or notarized copy
   + Health certificate marked with circles valid for 3 months
   + Photo identity card certified by the local
   + Copy of diploma or certificate students (if any)
   + Transcript, certified copy
